In the scope of technical services Tezgüller Makina offers following services:

» To plan and manage the activities necessary for installation, commissioning controls and commissioning.

» To ensure that maintenance and repair of the equipment are carried out at the most appropriate cost in the determined term of ownership or in place of the customer in the direction of the customers' requests.

» To provide necessary planning and coordination for periodical maintenance and to implement the necessary monitoring and tracking system in order to make the maintenance in its own area or outside with the most appropriate cost in the determined plan frame.

» To make the necessary guidance and organization in order to eliminate faults that may occur during installation, maintenance and repair in the shortest time and with the most appropriate cost.

» To receive technical complaints from customers and to solve them.

» To follow the periodic maintenance periods of service contracted customers and to provide the necessary service planning about timely maintenance.

» To determine the period of calibrating activities and to accomplish them.

» To ensure the management as defined in the management system of the Environmental Dimensions (Wastes) formed during the execution of the Technical Service tasks and to comply with the internal safety rules.

» Comply with occupational health and safety instructions and trainings, risk assessment results, contingency plans, safety and health indications and practices.

» To prevent the use of Personal Protective Equipment that are old and has lost its protective features and to replace them with a new equipment.
