508 Semi-Automatic Single Line Concrete Paving Stone Machine; Semi-Automatic Operation with Hydraulic, Electric and Vibration system. The Machine produces 0,5 m² Interlocked Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Block in each press. It is capable of producing variable number of Concrete Curbstone, Bims, Hollow Block, Rainwater Gutter units depending on their sizes.

Production consists of filling concrete into the molds, vibration and hydraulic pressing.

Production Period of 0,5 m² concrete paving stone (cycle period) is average 20-25 seconds.

» It is a Semi-Automatic Machine that produces single line concrete units.
» The body of the Machine consists of 3 parts. Vibration Section, Fine Mortar Section and Coarse Mortar Section.
» There is a collector lift at the front of the machine for packing the products on top of each other. Packing of Interlocked Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Block, Concrete Curbstone, Briquette, Bims, Hollow Block, Rainwater Gutter and Sloping Block may be done.
