3148 Full Automatic Single Line Concrete Paving Stone Machine; Full Automatic Operation with Hydraulic, Electric and Vibration system. The Machine produces 1m² Interlocked Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Block in each press. It is capable of producing variable number of Concrete Curbstone, Bims, Hollow Block, Rainwater Gutter units depending on their sizes.

Production consists of filling concrete into the molds, vibration and hydraulic pressing.

Production Period of 1m² concrete paving stone (cycle period) is average 18-22 seconds.

» It is a Full-Automatic Machine that produces single line concrete units.
» The body of the Machine consists of 3 parts. Vibration Section, Fine Mortar Section and Coarse Mortar Section.
» There is a Collector Robot on the Machine for packing of products. The Robot is capable of turning 180°. Packing of all kinds of; Interlocked Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Block, Concrete Curbstone, Briquette, Bims, Hollow Block, Rainwater Gutter and Sloping Block may be done.
» Thanks to the rapid mold change, production can be made in various models of 60mm - 300mm high Locked Concrete Paving Stone, Concrete Block, Concrete Border, Briquette, Bims, Hollow Block, Rainfall Slope and Slope Stone.
» Production can be made in international standards thanks to high vibration compression.
» Vibration table consists of a single piece. There are 4 motors on the table. All vibrator motors are connected to each other, start and stop at the same time. Thus a high strength is ensured in the products.
» The machine body has dual opening (front and rear) feature thanks to the motors with reducers. In this way, mold change and the periodical maintenance is done in a short time without delay.
» The operator panel has an LCD display and the control of the machine is very practical and easy.
